The new Evocad site has been launched, and has already enjoyed some success in search engine positions. The site was developed to show case the truly remarkable 3D rendering work of the Evocad team. The website contains multiple galleries, for each aspect of the work available.
Search Engine Optimization
The Evocad site was developed and constructed to perform well within searches for their services to the Irish audience. Within a few weeks of the site being launched, results were seen for many search terms pertaining to their target market, as can be seen here in Google, and here in Yahoo.
Multiple Galleries
There are many aspects to the type of work produced at Evocad, so it decided to have a gallery for each particular field of work.
Each gallery utilizes a script which attractively displays thumbnails of each image, and upon the user clicking on these thumbnails, a larger fuller picture is animated into view, whilst fading out the background.
Flash Animation
Although the Evocad website was constructed in conformance with xhtml and css guidelines set by the W3C, it was decided to use elements of flash animation to enhance the look and feel of the site. These can be viewed on all of the evocad.ie pages.
